KSS accepts American Express, Discover, Visa, Diner's Club and Master Card.

Rides are billed to the customer's credit card or corporate account numbers.

KSS drivers can also accept payments by check or in cash. Please make checks are payable to "Kenzy Sedan Services".

Please note:

--Additional charges may include tolls, parking, fuel, etc...

--A 20% gratuity will be added to all transportation charges.

--All rates are subject to change without notice.

Reservations:

We accept reservations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If the pick-up time is before 9:00am, we ask that you call in by 9:00pm the night before. This allows us to give each driver his/her schedule for the following day before he/she retires for the night. For the same day pick-ups after 9:00am, we ask that you call at least 2 hours in advance.

We can also accept reservations as far as a year in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

No charge for cancellations received at least 2 hours in advance for Sedans. Otherwise, a minimum of $40.00 is charged.

If you are a "No-Show", the full fare is collected.

Please call to find out about our cancellation policy regarding all other vehicles.

Waiting Time:

For pick-ups originating at points other than airports, there is a "15 minutes" grace period. After that time, there is a charge for every quarter of an hour based on the hourly rate.

At all airports:

-A 30 minutes grace period is allowed following the reported Domestic flight arrival time.

- An hour grace period is allowed following the reported International flight arrival time.

-A fee for every quarter of an hour based on the hourly rate will be charged after the grace period has elapsed.

Extra Stops: 

Extra Stops are charged a $15.00 fee. If the stop requires waiting longer than 5 minutes, a "wait-time" fee for every quarter of an hour will be charged.

Special Events:

KSS offers only hourly rates for all its vehicles for trips to concerts and sporting events at local venues, such as "Verizon Center", "FedEx Field", "Jiffy Lube Arena", etc.'

KSS does not offer transfers to these events. Parking fee is additional.

Holidays:

A 50% US holiday surcharge will be charges to all trips occuring on the following holidays:

---New Year's day.

---Memorial day.

---Labor day.

---Christmas day.

---President's day.

---Independence day.

---Thanksgiving day.

Other Services:

Car seats for Infant/Toddler are available upon request for an extra $15.00 charge.

Other:

KSS shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control, including weather, road conditions and breakdowns.

KSS assumes no responsibilty for lost or damaged baggage or personal belongings, nor for any items left in the vehicle.
