Billing
KSS accepts American Express, Discover, Visa, Diners Club, and Master card.

Rides are billed to the customer's credit card or corporate account numbers.

KSS drivers can also accept payments by check or in cash (please make checks payable to "Kenzy Sedan Services").

Please note:
-- Additional charges may include tolls, parking, cell phone usage, etc.
-- A 20% gratuity will be added to all transportation charges.
-- All rates are subject to change without notice.

Reservations
We accept reservations 24 hours a day. If the pick-up time is before 9:00 am, we ask that you call in by 9:00 pm the night before. This allows us to give each driver his/her schedule for the following day before he/she retires for the night. For the same day pick-ups after 9:00 am, we ask that you call at least 2 hours in advance. We can also accept reservations as far as 6 months in advance.

Cancellation policy
No charge for cancellations at least two hours in advance. Otherwise, a minimum fee of $40.00 is charged.

If you are a "no-show", full fare is collected for sedans.

Call to find out cancellation policy on all other vehicles.

Waiting Time
For pick-ups originating at points other than airports, there is a "15 Minutes Free" waiting time. After that time, there is a charge of $12.50 per 15 minutes or $50.00 per hour.

At all airports, a twenty- (20) minute grace period is allowed following the reported domestic flight arrival time.

A forty- (40) minute grace period is allowed following the reported international flight arrival time.

A fee of $12.50 per 15 minutes or $50.00 per hour will be charged after the grace period has elapsed.

Extra Stops
Extra stops are charged a $10.00 fee.  If the stop requires waiting longer than 5 minutes, a "wait-time" charge of $12.50 per 15 minutes is charged.

Special Events
KSS offers only hourly sedans and or stretch limousines for trips to concerts and sporting events at local venues, such as the US Air Arena, Nissan Pavilion and FedEx Field. KSS does not offer transfers to these events. Parking fee is additional.

Holidays
A 50% US holiday surcharge, based on the fare, stop and waiting time, will be charged to all trips occurring on the following holidays: New Year's day, Memorial day, Labor day, Christmas day, President's day, Fourth of July, and Thanksgiving day.

Other Services
Cellular phone: We offer the use of our cellular car phones for a fee of $1.50 per minute.

Car Seats: Infant/toddler car seats are available upon request, free of charge.

Other:
KSS shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control, including weather, road conditions and breakdowns. KSS assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage or personal belongings, nor for any items left in the vehicle.
